2019 Paint trends
Paint Trends
Each year every magazine reveals the top trends. However trends can be expensive and if you get sick of them are hard to get rid of.
Paint is the easiest way to change a room or keep up with a trend. Its not as expensive as a B&B italia leather sofa, you can do it your self and if you get sick of it you can change it.
Here are our thoughts on the 2019 paint trends.
Pastel Colours
1950’s is back with light muted pastel colours appearing on most of our pinterest boards. Especially the colour pink which was inspired by the polished plaster trend of 2018
Dark and moody
After the “grey” trend of 2017/2018 there is more acceptance to painting a room or feature area in dark shades to make a space feel cozy.
Green
At TD&TD we love this trend, the colour green has become very popular in recent times as the more subtle and muted greens are perfect for hi-lighting features in an old house or a bold colour scheme in a modern contemporary home
